Financial Plan

Financial Plan is need of an hour. Without planning there can’t be proper investing or let it be any other area of life.

Check out the article on Financial Planing.

Prepare a Free Financial Plan Now :

Click on the “Click to edit” button and start filling the fields in yellow cells only.

For Example: Input your name, annual income, Needs ? Amount you need to satisfy that need? and years from now you need to achieve that need/objective? (Yellow Fields) and at the end you just need to update an Expected rate of return at which you think your investments would grow.

What is a Free Financial Plan?

Free Financial plan is a simple tool by which you determine your future need and the cost associated (to buy) the need. The result is based on the predetermined rate of return for long term we take it as (15% annually) and for short term we take it as (10 – 12% annually). It takes into account your annual income. Math involved : Time value of money (PMT).

This is a beta version so we would appreciate your feedback and also suggestions to improve this model.

This is an awesome tool.
The best part of it was at the end it shows the plan in simple words, how much you need to save from your salary to achieve your future needs.
Can you please share some calculator like this for retirement planning?

Good work. But average number of years has no meaning for me. Suppose I say I have only one goal 16 years away. I set the other two amounts to zero, then the average comes to 16/3. This is meaningless and misleading

The amount reqd. should be in today’s value. I don’t think inflation is taken into account. This make it more misleading.

I have added a note bellow the tool about inflation -that it’s not accounted in the tool. Will exclude the average years and make it a single goal calculator.
